April 2, 2021:
In Q1, 2021 GEN TRIZ, LLC completed three full-scale innovation consulting projects and three TRIZ training workshops in Colombia, India, Israel, and Kazakhstan.
In Q1, 2021 GEN TRIZ, LLC signed three new partnership agreements in Colombia and Kazakhstan.
GEN TRIZ, LLC subcontracted for its services several TRIZ experts from India, Israel, Poland, Russia, and USA.
GEN TRIZ proprietary software Innovation Navigator was translated from English into Russian, German, Chinese, Hebrew, French, and Polish. The translation into Spanish is in process.
GEN TRIZ developed a new offering for the innovation consulting services market - a three phases / five stages project:
Phase 1, Stage 1 – MPVs and Key Problems identification;
Phase 1, Stage 2 – Key Problems solving and concepts generation;
Phase 2 – Feasibility Evaluation of the selected concepts;
Phase 3, Stage 1 – Proof-of-Principle Prototyping of the selected concepts;
Phase 3, Stage 2 – Working Prototyping and patenting of the selected concepts.
On March 23-24, 2021, GEN TRIZ CEO S.Litvin participated in TRIZ Promoting in the World Meetup with the presentation “TRIZ Marketing Challenges and Tools to Address Them”.
GEN TRIZ, LLC was awarded with a patent on new generation Face Mask for protecting humans against the coronavirus.
DECEMBER 8, 2021:
Completed 14 innovation consulting projects in the US, India, Israel, and Colombia. The typical project types are as following: Product/Process Improvement, New Product/Process Development, Cost Reduction, Technology Forecast, Adjacent Markets Identification, Feasibility Study, and Verification/Prototyping.
Successfully delivered 6 Basic (Level 1), Advanced (Level 2), and Expert (Level 3) TRIZ Workshops in China, India, Colombia, and Kazakhstan.
Signed a long-term (18 months) TRIZ training program for 6 Latin American countries - Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Uruguay.
Signed 5 new partnership agreements in Israel, China, Colombia, and Kazakhstan.
Established the new startup – Magic Mask. The new product is in the stage of prototyping and testing. The product is protected with a patent.
Subcontracted for its services several TRIZ experts from the US, India, Israel, Poland, and Russia.
GEN TRIZ proprietary software Innovation Navigator was translated from English into Russian. The translation into French, German, and Hebrew is in process.
